So They Can Policies in Kiswahili
Published 9th Aug, 2019

While we’re busy with the more public facing projects at So They Can like any organisation a lot of work goes on behind the scenes to ensure we’re implementing the best practices we can to keep the organisation up to date. This includes being aware of all the rules and regulations we need to be compliant with in all the countries we work in.
Staff across the So They Can International Alliance have been working together to ensure all of the team are up to date on all our policies.
In the spirit of our core values of Collaboration and Connectedness the team from Australia, New Zealand, Tanzania and Kenya have been reviewing and updating themselves on all the organisations polices over recent months and now after much hard work our policies are available in both English and Kiswahili.
“We’re really pleased to have policies available to all staff in both English and Kiswahili so that they can easily refer to them and access the policies should they need to,” says Teri Anderson, Country Director Tanzania.
“As a team we’re always working together to find ways to improve how we work and having these policies available in Kiswahili is going to make it so much simpler for our staff in Africa to access and implement them.”
